Arial Transportation

When we were in Bolivia, we loved the use of cable cars as a mode of transportation. Not only are they efficient and inexpensive, but they provide wonderful views of the city. Especially in La Paz, which is a city built into the sides of the Andes mountains, it makes sense since there is no way to build an underground subway system there. So, for this week’s Cee’s Which Way Photo Challenge, we decided to share a few more photos of the cable cars in La Paz.

  1. Great photos. I love a cable car anywhere but it looks incredible in Bolivia. La Paz looks an incredibly busy city though. We’re looking into a South America stage to our trip so may have to investigate Bolivia now.
